The New Zealand College of Kinesiology will offer modular Kinesiology courses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch in 2010.

Introduction to Kinesiology may also be offered in the regional centres of Taupo, Dunedin, Napier and Nelson, depending on interest (min 4 students).

Introduction to Kinesiology

This 2 day course offers students a comprehensive overview of the principles and practices of Kinesiology.  Included in the course are:

  • Introduction to muscle testing (muscle monitoring)
  • Fundamentals of Chinese 5 element theory and energy meridians
  • An exploration of the body's 'innate intelligence' to determine priorities for healing and life enhancement
  • 8 meridian 'Yin' assessment (central, governing and 6 Yin meridians)
