Welcome to the NZ College of Kinesiology

Providers of international standard Direct Access Kinesiology courses

The New Zealand College of Kinesiology offers courses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch

The 2 day 'Introduction to Kinesiology' is also offered in other regional New Zealand centres throughout the year.

Direct Access Kinesiology™ combines traditional techniques of Kinesiology as developed by the early pioneers of Dr George Goodheart DC (founder of Applied Kinesiology in 1964), Dr John Thie (founder of Touch for Health) and others.

The focus of the Direct Access Kinesiology™ is to provide students with a comprehensive and stimulating modular course in Kinesiology theory and techniques that can be taken at a pace to match student interest and available time.

As a practical healing and life coaching modality, the modular approach of the course also allows students the time to practice and integrate each level of learning before progressing to their next level of studies.

Our focus is on empowering students to become competent practitioners of the Direct Access Kinesiology™ protocol and techniques.  In doing so, we support the students to progressively develop the skills and confidence to work closely with their clients, to assist them to increase their energy and understanding, to find new alternatives to old patterns and to make real differences in the quality and success of their lives.

From a recent student:

The Direct Access Kinesiology 101 course was an excellent grounding in the science of meridians and their quick and easy application to re-balancing for goals. With a relaxed atmosphere for newcomers and previous practitioners to pick up DAK muscle testing skills, a high level of proficiency in the protocols taught was easily and effectively attained.

With plenty of practise time, these impressive tools for powerful change meant all attendees came away from the weekend knowledgeable and confident as practitioners and with their own personal shifts for growth.
